Disruptions Overview (see attached):

  1. Traffic Plan: See attached maps of upcoming stages of traffic closures for the next 4 months. 

  • Upcoming Closure: The southern section of Northeast Rd will close during the summer, date TBA

  • Current Closures: The intersection of Cliff and 6th St extending down the south portion of 6th St. The service road by 65 Hook will be opened to allow residents of 10, 11, and 12 Cliff to access their houses. Intersection of Hook and 5th. Northeast section of F circle.  Cliff Rd closure will reduce traffic to a one lane dirt road detour around Cliff east of the CDC. Contractors will also use this road, and will maintain it for safety. The road will have a one way yield sign for safety.

  • Hangar Main Gate: an upcoming closure will shift the entrance to the hangar gate to the gate on Wing Road by Charlie’s Rentals and the Airport Fire Dept. Date still TBD.

  • Concrete pour: scheduled pours for 09 May at the water treatment area, and 26 May at the hangar generator location. All concrete pours will be in the early morning. 

  • CDC: The northeast section is open to all traffic; the east side is one-way for CDC traffic only. The northern side of Cliff Rd with the blue parking paint will be for CDC staff ONLY. No other cars are authorized to park on this section of Cliff Rd. Trenching in the soccer field behind the CDC is ongoing.

  • Safety Reminder:

    • All construction machinery will reduce speeds to under 10 mph on roadways.
