We will meet at the soccer field on Cliff at 4:30, participate in a proper warm up, discuss/practice a running lesson/skill, run laps around the block, and then perform some cool down stretches. It is geared towards Ages 5-12 with chances to earn running tokens and track mileage. Younger children are encouraged to come run/walk with a participating adult and jogging strollers are always welcome! This group is geared more towards families! Older kids are welcome too and can be great role models for the younger kids! We hope to see kids out there this Wednesday!
